Please select the pre-workshop dinner(s) you would like to register to and fill in the form in order to register and, for those where pre-payment is required, proceed with payment by credit card (accepted cards: VISA, MasterCard, Amex). You will receive an on-screen confirmation of your registration, as well as a a confirmation and link to payment receipt via e-mail (NB: it may take a few minutes to receive those e-mails).

In case of questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Cancellations should be notified to [email protected] – if received less 3 working days before the dinner, payment may not be refundable.
